Building Concierge Job Description

The essential function of the Community Host (building concierge) is to create and maintain a positive experience for residents and guests.  The Community Host provides additional services/conveniences/reservations as needed for residents and addresses any needs/concerns in a professional and diligent manner ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

General Property Manager Job Requirements

  •  Demonstrated skills in the areas of customer service, telephone etiquette and personal contact with the public.

  • 3-5 years of customer service background.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people and maintain a professional appearance, tone and demeanor. 

  • Detail- oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in computer programs, MS Word, Excel, and Entrada.

  • Previous multi-family and/or condominium experience, preferred.
