LIVEbe Communities announces that Elaine De Lude, Vice President, was named President-Elect of the Property Management Association (PMA).

LIVEbe Communities also won a slew of awards at the 2019 PACE and Marketing and Advertising Excellence Awards held by the Property Management Association.

At the PMA’s past president’s awards dinner, Elaine De Lude was inducted as the president-elect for the property management association based in Bethesda, MD. De Lude shared, “I am excited to help make PMA the association of choice for our area. As multifamily professional in the Washington, DC area we have access to a number of associations and we want to make PMA the association that creates value by offering relevant, contemporary learning and networking opportunities for real estate professionals and service providers.”

During the PACE and Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAE) awards programs LIVEbe communities won several awards including: distinguished communities for The Bowen and The Remy, first place for corporate communication for their mentor program, BEconnected, first place for resident communications for the Bowen Apartments and first place for the 2Hopkins garage vinyl signage. “Who would have thought that a three year old company would be in a position to receive continued recognition.
