Today, all four LIVEbe-owned and managed apartment communities have received individual 2018 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Awards. 

LIVEbe also earned a National Company Award for Resident Satisfaction for the second year in a row. LIVEbe, the multifamily division of Berman Enterprises, received an average score of 4.34 based on a minimum of 100 surveys. Companies and individual communities must receive an average score of at least 4.0 to win a Resident Satisfaction award, with each community required to have a minimum of 25 surveys. 

2Hopkins (4.50 average score), The Remy (4.66) The Bowen (4.39) and Glen Oaks (4.37) won individual community awards.

2Hopkins is a luxury high-rise in Downtown Baltimore, featuring 183 apartment homes and a prime amenities package. The LIVEbe development, which opened in 2017, was the first apartment in the U.S. to implement refrigerated lockers from Smiota, Inc., which allow residents to utilize food delivery services while offsite and have round-the-clock access to their shipments. 

The Remy, also developed by LIVEbe, is positioned in the budding Harkins District of Prince George’s County in Lanham, Md. The 278-unit mid-rise community, which opened in 2017, was recognized for the fastest lease-up in Suburban Maryland.

Glen Oaks was acquired in 2014 and features some of the most spacious and luxurious floor plans in Greenbelt, Md. Situated alongside fitness and nature trails, the 463-unit community is also transit-friendly with prime access to the Capital Beltway. 

LIVEbe assumed management of The Bowen in 2018 from a third-party manager. Berman Enterprises purchased the asset in 2014.  The community features a robust amenity package and oversized apartment homes.
