ROCKVILLE, Md. – January 26, 2021 – LIVEbe Communities, a premier apartment developer and operator dedicated to delivering distinct apartment homes within connected communities, today announced that all four LIVEbe-owned and managed apartment communities were recognized for their continued superior customer satisfaction with the honor of the 2020 ApartmentRatings/SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Awards.
LIVEbe Communities earned an epIQ Index Top 100 Property Management Companies Award for Resident Satisfaction for the fourth year in a row. LIVEbe, the multifamily division of Berman Enterprises, received an average score of 4.58 out of 5, based on a minimum of 100 surveys.
2Hopkins (4.58 average score), The Remy (4.61) The Bowen (4.60) and Glen Oaks (4.55) won individual community awards .for the fourth year in a row.

2Hopkins is a luxury high-rise in Downtown Baltimore, featuring 183 apartment homes and a prime amenities package. The LIVEbe development, which opened in 2017, was the first apartment in the U.S. to implement refrigerated lockers from Smiota, Inc., which allow residents to utilize food delivery services while offsite and have round-the-clock access to their shipments.
The Remy, also developed by LIVEbe, is positioned in the budding Harkins District of Prince George’s County in Lanham, Md. The 278-unit midrise community, which opened in 2017, was recognized for the fastest lease up in Suburban Maryland and phase II of this community is currently under construction.
Glen Oaks was acquired in 2014 and features some of the most spacious and luxurious floor plans in Greenbelt, Md. Situated alongside fitness and nature trails, the 463-unit community is also transit-friendly with prime access to the Capital Beltway.
LIVEbe assumed management of the Bowen in 2018 from a third-party manager. Berman Enterprises purchased the asset in 2014. The community features a robust amenity package and oversized apartment homes.
